The American Technical Institute is accredited by Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (Middle States Association or MSA) is a voluntary, peer-based, non-profit association that performs peer evaluation and regional accreditation of public and private schools in the Mid-Atlantic United States and certain foreign institutions of American origin.
The MSCES and the MSCSS operate together as an organization sometimes known as the MSA-CESS. The accreditation of post-secondary schools by the MSCSS is limited to those that do not confer degrees, or that offer technical programs.

The American Technical Institute is an approved by New Jersey Department of Education.
The New Jersey Department of Education supports schools, educators and districts to ensure all of New Jersey’s 1.4 million students have equitable access to high quality education and achieve academic excellence. The Department is responsible for ensuring that local schools comply with state and federal laws and regulations. It also oversees pupil transportation services and directs education programs for adults and for persons who are handicapped, disadvantaged or foreign-born.

The American Technical Institute is approved Department of Labor and Workforce Development (New Jersey) by Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development is a governmental agency of the U.S. state of New Jersey. The New Jersey Civil Service Commission is independent body within the New Jersey state government under the auspices of the Department.

Our Technical institute is also work as authorized academy for CompTIA. The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), is a non-profit trade association, issuing professional certifications for the information technology (IT) industry. It is considered as one of the IT industry’s top trade associations. Based in Downers Grove, Illinois, CompTIA issues vendor-neutral professional certifications in over 120 countries. The organization releases over 50 industry studies annually to track industry trends and changes. Over 2.2 million people have earned CompTIA certifications since the association was established.

The American Technical institute is another awarded from Microsoft Office and Certiport for Authorized Testing Center of all specific programs/courses.
